Thinking about a typical day for you; are you getting dedicated 'you' time?
Are you raising children, juggling a full time job, managing the shopping and household chores? Are they consuming all of your time? Are there days where you feel exhausted? Everyday feel like ground hog day? Driving the children to school or childminders, getting their sports kit ready, their packed lunches, missing your lunch occasionally as working through your work day? Waking up with a flurry of thoughts on what your day is going to entail and when are you going to get time to sit down, have a drink or relax? you, if you are anything like I was, I would be charging around from 7am until 8-10pm non stop.
Are you running on empty, feeling overwhelmed, standing resilient day after day, developing anxiety at not being able to achieve everything? broken or Lack of sleep? Financial worries? Relationship issues? or even managing health conditions? And then to top it all off, you are so exhausted that weekends fly by, events or days out over in an instant and its already Monday again, before you know it. Some days' I felt un-inspired, totally flawed mentally and physically but happy and rewarded. But over the years I wish I had taken care of myself better as looking back, I neglected myself in the process of caring for children, family and those at work. It is not selfish to practice self care, in fact you are more likely to feel better connected with everything going on in your life, if you are harnessing self care practices into your daily routine, you will feel a sense of healthiness in yourself in a wholesome way.
If any of this resonates with you, then I truly understand what a challenge being a woman in today's climate is like. Of course Women are very strong, aspiring, like challenges and act with courage and determination every single day, showing up for whatever challenge faces them.

Our plans are tailor made to each individual and are a enlightening alternative to group yoga classes or meditation, seeking to provide full opportunity to discover 'You' again.
