Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if items have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item We will then happily offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If you change your mind, unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
