Finding Stillness in the City: Rooftop Reflections in London.

London is a city that never truly stops. The streets pulse with energy, the glass towers reflect endless movement, and the hum of life fills every corner. Yet, amid this constant activity, there are places where you can pause, breathe, and find a moment of calm. One such place is the SKY Garden at 120 Fenchurch Street. This rooftop oasis offers a unique chance to step away from the city's noise and discover inner stillness while gazing over London’s iconic skyline. My daughter and I visited and she insightfully quoted a famous Architect that said Buildings should express their structure and function openly, not conceal them. On these amazing glass buildings, their movement is evident with reflections, the sun, lightness and contrasting against the blue sky. It gives you a moment for 'reflection' to cherish how small we are, the gratefulness was particular evident for me, as I was able to share this moment with my daughter.
